We are shaped and molded by our mind and how we view things. The things we say and the decisions we make are all filtered by our daily perspective.
Ultimately, whichever way you allow your mind to view yourself and the world around you, can change your circumstances and overall view on life.
This has recently been a battle for us. We typically take joy in the little things but we have slowly lost grip of our light. Our minds have been cluttered with pain and unforeseen events that has allowed room for resentment, that we no longer wish to harbor.
In the process of reorganizing our lives, we’ve been spending a lot of personal time regrouping, restoring, and renewing over perspective. Day by day, slowly sweeping out all the crap out from our lives metaphorically and literally.
Our spring cleaning has consisted of spiritually down-sizing.
Letting go of:
People
Memories
Emotional pain
Anything or anyone that’s held us down
While cleaning house we’ve detoxed our:
Spirit
Contact list
Body
Timelines
And physical spaces
All in effort to find and take back our light.
We refuse to continue to make excuses for the lives we have and the relationships we have with other people.
As you grow and learn more about yourself, you will learn that you do not need as many people and things in your life as your younger self once thought. This does not mean you are a bad person or friend. It just means that, you deserve to live a healthy and spiritually balanced life. My sister and I both sincerely hope to get back to the place where everything , everyone and every experience is beautiful to us by searching for innocent and inspiring moments in life again.
NEVER allow the darkness to dim your light or how you view your world !
